Dad needed a scooter but had put it off for a long time. I did some initial store screening by phone and was very encouraged by a conversation I had with John, one of the sales people. Finally got him to go to the store, and John, Miguel and Laura were wonderful. They talked about all the different options (speed vs. portability, etc), and let him try out a bunch on their “race track” and around the store. Once he picked one, they helped him trick it out with a rear view mirror, basket big enough for his beloved dog and a cup holder, and then delivered it to Dad’s house that same afternoon. Dad is happy and his daughters are relieved. We were impressed by the nice selection and grateful for the good attention he got. He felt listened to and respected, which is so important.

The staff were remarkable! I Was flying into the area with my daughter and two grandchildren from New York State and needed a Scooter! They arranged to have one delivered to my hotel in Naples Florida and then picked it up the day that I left. I can’t say enough good things about the experience from the first call everything went smoothly. I will definitely use them again as I have family in Naples five stars for sure!

We had an excellent experience at Mobility City with Laura. My mom fell and popped her hamstring. She called three places to find a good electric wheelchair and laura was the only one that called her back. They spent time with my parents and I to find the wheel chair that would fit her needs perfectly. We were able to find one that fit the price point and accessibility that we needed. we are so happy to get the green electric wheelchair to help her get around. We highly recommend using this location for your mobility needs.
